Our technician was very friendly and completed the work in a timely manner, while ensuring the quality of work was up to standard.

Trust installed our ac August 2021 and we had only used it a few times. When summer came we found the system wasn’t cooling properly and was running for long periods of time. The Trust techs spent several hours at the end of their already long day investigating the problem. They also replaced the thermostat and we are sure this is what solved the problem. Everyone at Trust responded quickly to ensure we were satisfied. Ashley in the office is fantastic and Kang and the other tech were real professionals. I would highly recommend Trust Home Comfort.

These are very pleasant experiences to maintain a few services in the house. The technician is very thoughtful, patient and work in detail, explain to the possible hazards and identified all of unsafe concerns during the maintenance. We are impressive with their professional attitude, valuable services, after their completing their works, we know better for the major HVAC, furnace equipment and greatly improve the safety and quality in the house.

I had a new furnace and hot water tank installed today and am very happy with the service. Adam went above and beyond with the quote and getting me what I needed, and Harley, who did the install, was absolutely fantastic, very friendly, knowledgeable, and took time out to answer my questions. Trust Home Comfort Ltd was amazing! We moved into a new house and the AC unit wasn’t working as expected, we reached out to them to come for a repair and they were here within a day which was important to us as we have a baby under one and a son under 5 and their rooms were getting to warm to sleep. We got the unfortunate but expected news that we needed a new AC unit and their knowledgeable and friendly sales rep was at our house the next day. And the new unit was installed the following business day. Harley, Jordan and Ken came out to install our new unit and did a great job! They were quick and efficient and made sure everything was installed correctly. They even found a build up we were unaware of in our pipes and cleaned it up for us. They went above and beyond. We will definitely use them again should any more HVAC or AC issues arise.
